Our mission
We make governed1, vertically specialized2 agentic software available3 to the organizations that general-purpose AI platforms are not built to serve.

What we do
We build software agents for work that runs on procedure and regulation. Each agent works inside a defined boundary, follows your organization’s own procedures and vocabulary, and keeps a full record of what it does. People stay the authors of every decision.

- Every agent has a verifiable identity from the moment it starts, so each action traces back to the agent, the person it worked for and the time it acted.
- Scope
- An agent reaches only the systems and data it was set up for. The limit is enforced by the architecture, not by instructions it could be talked out of.
- Policy
- Each action is checked against your policies before it runs. Rules with no room for interpretation are applied deterministically, without relying on AI judgment.
- Record
- Every decision, allowed or denied, is recorded. Compliance, legal and security teams can see what was attempted, by which agent, under which policy and with what result.

We work in English and Spanish, with particular depth in Mexico’s regulatory environment and in how mid-sized businesses there actually operate.
