Terms of Service

Each of our products is provided under its own terms, which you accept when you start using it. The RE:SOURCE application is governed by its own terms and privacy policy at resource.works. These Terms cover only the Site and your communications with us.

You may use the Site for lawful purposes. You agree not to:

• use it in violation of any applicable law or anyone’s rights;
• try to gain unauthorized access to the Site or the systems behind it, or interfere with their operation or security; or
• use it to send unlawful, harmful or abusive content.

We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of the Site at any time.

When you write to us at support@nextcentury.tech or on WhatsApp, we will do our best to answer, but we don’t guarantee a response time. Information we share in a message is general and does not create a contract. Any product or service we agree to provide is governed by the specific agreement or terms for it.

On WhatsApp, WhatsApp’s own terms also apply to your use of that service. We only send you messages on WhatsApp if you have agreed to receive them, and you can tell us in the chat at any time that you don’t want to receive them any more.

How we handle the personal data in these communications is explained in our Privacy Policy.

The Site and its content, including its text, design and graphics, and the Next Century Technologies and RE:SOURCE names and marks, belong to us or to our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may view and share pages of the Site for your own information. Any other use requires our written permission.

If you send us comments or suggestions, you allow us to use them to improve our products and services, without any obligation to you.

The Site links to websites and services we don’t control, such as resource.works and WhatsApp. We are not responsible for them, and your use of them is governed by their own terms.

We work to keep the information on the Site accurate and current, but we provide it “as is”, without warranties of any kind. Descriptions of our products, including those still in development, may change. We don’t promise that the Site will always be available or free of errors.

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for loss of profits or data, arising from your use of the Site or from relying on its content. Nothing in these Terms limits any right you have under consumer protection or other laws that cannot be waived.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Mexico. The competent courts of the State of Nuevo León, Mexico, have jurisdiction over any dispute about them. These Terms are published in Spanish and English; if the two versions differ, the Spanish version prevails.

If a dispute arises, please write to us first so we can try to resolve it informally.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will publish the new version on this page and update the date at the top. The version published when you use the Site is the one that applies.

If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest stays in effect. If we don’t enforce a provision, that doesn’t mean we waive it. These Terms and our Privacy Policy are the entire agreement between you and us about the Site.
